The Wither Hills story began with one man, a local winemaker. For him, it wasn’t a desire for fame and fortune, but a passion to craft the very best wine from Marlborough’s beautiful natural surroundings. Since the first vintage in 1994, this remains unchanged. Taking their name from the landmark Wither Hills range that borders our vineyards, the Wither Hills philosophy is founded on the belief that the finest wines are always created from exceptional vineyards, representing their sense of place.
