Our Early Light range is an exciting addition to the Wither Hills family, offering crisp, vibrant wines at a slightly lower alcohol level for people to really enjoy. Enjoy with pan seared Snapper, roast vegetable salads, and steamed green lip mussels.
Taste Profile:
Showcasing tropical guava and citrus on the nose, with crisp lime and minerality on the palate. A refreshingly light, yet full flavoured sensation at 9.5% ABV.
Winemaking:
Fruit for our Early Light range of wines is harvested early to capture optimum flavour ripeness whilst reducing the levels of naturally occurring sugar. This lower level of sugar means less alcohol is converted resulting in a lighter in alcohol style of wine.
