Taste Profile:
Floral notes including orange blossom and elderflower along with citrus aromatics. With a mouthwatering fresh finish this Sauvignon Blanc embodies the typical varietal characteristics of gooseberries and citrus with a hint of passionfruit.
Winemaking:
Post-harvest the grapes for this wine were direct pressed with little skin contact ensuring a bright colour. The juice is fermented at cool temperatures to retain fruit character. Various yeast strains are utilised enhancing the pure fruit flavours enhancing the mouth-feel texture and complexity.
